"My mom was very hesitant to even take a tour, since she did not want to leave her house. I almost couldn't get her out of the car when we arrived, but then I couldn't get her to leave once the tour was over. An 11:30 appointment turned into a 3 hour visit. They are so under staff the pay for what they ask you to do .. the people at the front desk don’t do nothing but lie and make fun of the elderly people that is there. & they have associate that work there that can’t pass a drug test if was gave to them !
