"Not taken care of very well. Huge bed sore and I feel like she was neglected.😡 Her food tray was on the table I guess but when we came in it wasn’t there and no good eaten. I went 2 days at lunch time and she ate everything.She couldn’t feed herself and they did not feed her. 😡😡😡"

"My Mom was walking when she went in. The first thing they did was put her in a wheelchair, she never walked on her own again. The worst thing is I was calling to check on her (it was COVID) and no one would answer the phone. Finally someone answered the phone after 7:00 p.m at night, and I was told my Mom had died around 6:30 p.m., she was supposed to have a hospice nur... Read More
