"Filed complaint with BCHS. Had a family member moved there due to all great reviews.
However once our family member got there, nothing but issues. Nurses, doctors case manager never returning calls after stating can't get ahold of resident. Now family member on melatonin to help them sleep. Yet won't put her in her bed, makes them sleep in the chair. They now have bed... Read More

"Not at all a good experience for my relative. Medication reaction went unnoticed for several days. Several phone calls and emails left for nursing. Finally got a doctor to call 3 days later. Being a RN myself, I was not at all impressed or comforted by the care my relative received"

"Porter hills is a beautiful looking building but the staff is rude I have my grand mother living there one of the employees abused my grandmom the person name is amy and she works in dietary and the new manager don’t care about the residents I seen her stealing from the residents bag before but she told me not say anything and paid a couple dollars to keep my mouth shut so...
