"I was unfortunately sent here for rehab in march of this year. This was generally horrifying. For 90% of my time here i didnt have a correct wheelchair the one i had was from the early 60s or 70s that was shared in the facility. I lost 30 lbs due to the food being just barely past rancid. I was able to beg for some extra breakfast sausages every now and then. Overal... Read More

"Worst nursing home experience ever! Do NOT put your loved one here! My mother was allowed to die alone. I should have been informed well before she was on her death bed (and I have the medical records to back this up) but instead was notified barely 24 hours before she passed. Ms. Griep,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Again, we are truly sorry for your loss. We strive to provide compassionate care for all our residents at every stage of life. Unfortunately, the onset of Covid-19 requires the utmost vigilance and precaution on our part to ensure the well-being of everyone in our community as we attempt to mitigate the spread of the virus. This includes implementing rigorous safety protocols as it relates to visitation from loved ones. We remain in compliance with CMS, CDC, and the Governor’s guidelines for combating coronavirus and can assure you our residents remain our number one priority. We sympathize with you during this very difficult time. If you would like to discuss this situation further, please contact me directly.

"Terrible staff. Supervisor Diane in the transitional care unit hung up on me mid sentence as I was attempting to explain my mothers care situation. My mother complained that staff left her unattended for hours at a time when she needed to use the restroom. Diane was extremely rude and unprofessional. I can’t image what the staff is like to patients if this is how superviso... Read More
