"Didn't know until I got there that I couldn't have my refrigerator. They served everyone the same meal in a dining area that didn't have enough seats for everyone. They did not know who had eaten and who hadn't. They did not want to bring hall trays to you. "Worst front desk customer service Ive ever experienced. Trying to find where they sent my mother bevause it wasnt the hospital she is supposed to be in and I was left on hold for over 10 minutes of listening to them converse. "My husband and I have called several times today alone to try to speak to his mother and the first time someone answered, whose name is Ronnie, they were extremely rude and hung up on us. I will be notifying the D.O.N. as of Monday morning. I would not recommend this farce of a nursing home if you care for your loved ones at all."
