"They try but wow, did this place fall way short. After 3 months, I had to move my dad out. From day one I was shocked at the lack of attention, literally no care plan was in place initially, no prescriptions ready, no one to meet my dad and show him around the day we moved in. "I received a letter increasing my uncle's rent by 57%. It was first week of March to inform me the increase is in effect April 1st. I can understand the increase, but they should give a better advance notice so family has the option to make other arrangements.
