"Wonderful location and love the concept of this new 55+ active community, but in my opinion, the purchase price of these villa/patio homes (high $600's on up) is not within reason for a home that only has 2 bedrooms, less than 2,000 sf, no basement, no driveway for visitors to park, and virtually no yard. Our pricing reflects the high-quality construction, convenient location, thoughtful design, and extensive amenities we offer, and we remain very competitive within the Omaha market.
Bloom at Lakeside is modeled after some of the most successful 55+ communities across the country, with added benefits that truly set us apart. One key difference is our decision not to establish a Sanitary Improvement District (SID), which results in an estimated property tax savings of around $5,000 per year for our homeowners.
Our community also features an elegant clubhouse, pool, and pickleball courts, as well as exclusive access to Thrive at Immanuel Lakeside, including a fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, beauty salon, and bistro. These amenities are all included in the HOA, which goes far beyond typical services like lawn care and snow removal.
When you consider both the savings and the lifestyle offered, Bloom at Lakeside delivers exceptional value. The positive response we've received, along with the number of homes already under contract and under construction, reflects the enthusiasm of those who see the benefits of living here.

"Recently we toured the Bloom model home. The layout was open and bright, the finishes were high high quality. The neighborhood seemed quiet and being near the lake is a big plus!
