"Lived here for over four years and previously very pleased. However as of the lockdown from the overly zealous Governor we have been denied the amenities for previously wonderful recreational items. Now however we have constantly barking dogs, no street cleaning, all buildings locked down, even after this Governor said we could reopen! We have lost the swimming pool, the c... Read More

Matt, thank you for your review and feedback, we are not happy with barking dogs as well, anytime we’re made aware, it is dealt with. Street cleaning is done on an as needed basis; in fact, it was completed recently. We are looking at scheduling another date soon. Our team is also frustrated with the lockdown and limitations to open. We continually look at the updates of the health order and make adjustments accordingly. The fitness center has been open for several months; recently the fire pit area is open along with the spa bathroom. The outdoor pool will able to open this year, paralleling the inspections and weather. Our community is rated as one of the nicest in the state of New Mexico; this is reflected by our demand and occupancy. We are here to answer any questions in which you may have.
