"Not sure about the level of care at this place especially for a Black person. Many times I would call to speak with the nurse in charge of my mom, and was kept on the phone for long periods until you are tired of waiting. "Whoa! I'm not sure if I recommend this place now. Family member there like 3wks and has to leave.. why is that? Has not got enough physical therapy to learn to walk again. "NEGLIGENT! They keep WATER under lock and key. They hide the call buttons from the patients. My grandmother waited 4 hours until someone took her to the bathroom.
