"I have been to split rock a few times to visit my friends and i can say this place makes them very happy in this homelike setting. the staff is warm and friendly and the food is great not to mention the care which is 5 star."

"My mother entered this facility on the evening of January 3,2025 and is now sepsis and in septic shock as of yesterday in the ICU. They failed her! They failed to notice the signs of sepsis early and getting her to the hospital!! * Not much has changed since my last review. The majority of the staff members are extremely rude and is as if they want you to ask them questions pertaining to your loved one’s so they can give you a nasty response.
