"Wouldn't call an ambulance when my mother couldn't breathe.
My mother was a patient in the rehabilitation center here. She needed medical attention and couldn't breathe, Mrs Riley nurse manger (4th floor ) told the aid to take care of my Mom. "I would never recommend this rehab facility to anyone. My experience here was beyond disappointing—it was heartbreaking. The level of care is shockingly poor, and the staff seemed indifferent to the basic needs of the patients. My loved one was often left dirty, unbathed, and in the same clothes for days.
