"This place is filthy.The care is poor and they do not have Rn's on staff.Aides do the care and they are not competent and they are paid a very low wage.I would give this place a zero if I could."

"Administration is great ! Mary, the head administrator, is a bit standoffish but the rest of the staff made up for that. From the start, the admissions person, Drew, helped me feel better about putting my mother in Mary Agnes. "My husband was on the fourth floor and he had wonderful people taking care of him. The nurses and aides are very caring. Margaret Baker who oversees the floor is fantastic. She is as concerned about your loved ones as you are. Place was clean, staff friendly. I would recommend this place."
