"My dad is current rehab patient at this facility. Everything was great until it was time to deal with doctors appts . My dad had an important upcoming appt with the vascular surgeon. My dad is diabetic & I noticed my dad toes ( location: right foot ) was turning black due to lack of blood circulation. For this appt he have to take a COVID test & to be clear for his exam .... "I read some of the reviews, and the reviews are accurate! This place should be reported to Dept of Health and shut down. There isn’t adequate running water, and if it is running it’s cold. Your family member will be washed in cold water unless someone heats it up in the microwave. The residents are totally neglected. They are falling, seriously getting hurt, and management... Read More
