"I was a patient there for 8 1/2 months and in that time I dealt with an aid that would leave me sitting in feces for anywhere from 1-3 hours and after I reported her NOTHING was done. "Our brother was a resident of Rockaway Care Center for several years. In spite of the diagnosis of Dementia which is always challenging and devastating, he was often cared for by professional, compassionate, and patient staff at the facility. He always appeared clean and comfortable. We are grateful to those who made a positive difference in his care."
