"The St. Ann's Community of Chapel Oaks Independent Living with some services, Cherry Ridge Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, a beautiful Catholic Chapel, and ninth floor rehab directly across the street from Rochester General Hospital, have made this a wonderful home for my parents."

"Out of state, tried to reach a relative in St Anns for rehab but not in her room all day, yesterday operator connected me right away to the floor and nurse gave a phone to my relative so we could talk as she's old, demented and alone.
