"Moved my mom from another facility due to a horrible experience only after being there for 2 months to Cadence at Mint Hill. I could not have made a better choice. She was at Cadence for 7 months before passing. I cannot say there was a time where we were unhappy about any handling of my moms care. "My cousin entered Cadence as a resident on August 19, 2023. He fell three days later, broke his neck and died that night. I know accidents happen, but could not be told how or exactly in the room where he fell. There were cameras in the room where he fell, but I was told they were not operating.
