"I have nothing but positive things to say about the Pines on Carmel. The staff, from Food Service to Resident Care to Maintenance, are all kind and caring. Leah (Health Services Director) and Ashley (Resident Experience Director) are great. Jamarcus Scott (Community Resource Director) goes above and beyond to help residents and families adjust to a new living environment."

"We brought my father here when his dementia progressed to the point we couldn't care for him anymore. We picked The Pines because it was really close to our home but what a mistake that was. This place is awful. They don't care about their residents at all. And this is coming from a medical provider. My father passed away at the facility because no one cared to check on hi... Read More

"My grandfather became a memory care resident a little over a week ago and we have nothing but good things to say about this facility. Unfortunately we moved into a different facility before and had a terrible experience. This team at the Pines has already proven to be great.
