"Second edit:
We have since learned that the hearing aids they sent with my grandmother to her new facility *are not hers*. They're someone else's! Hers are long gone, so we are now paying $700 to replace them and some poor person is missing theirs! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

"So sad. A Dirty place. No cleaning staff in sight. Care for residents is minimal. When you ask for pain meds , response time is 3-4 hours. Changing of resident in the Morning and changing of
Overnight undergarments does nit occur until just before lunch time. Please do not put your loved one in this facility."
