"Management is abusive, refusing maintenance, 10 days water poured in, I fell on Styrofoam I had to put on floor to keep from walking in standing water.i fell and broke my thumb from leak from13 floors above of black sludge. "Security was really rude and inconsiderate it was after 5pm on a Tuesday I tried to deliver groceries with a 40 pack of water and bags and he looked at me crazy wouldn’t let me in the building but walked passed so that it could open and told me to call up whatever that means he was no help just sat on his you know what. And the elevators take forever!!"
