"I couldn't even come up here and help out my elderly parents without my vehicle being towed. Even residents who live here with their apartment permits are getting their vehicles towed and the office managers laugh when confronted and think it's funny. I apologize for your negative experience at our property. While towing is not our favorite practice, it is the only way we can ensure that our elderly and disabled residents have parking spots in the evening. Since we are located on a hill, it would be a burden to ask that our residents park on the city street below and walk so that a guest may have a spot. We have a very limited amount of parking available at our property and it is not sufficient enough to allow both guests and residents vehicles after hours. To ensure that all residents have adequate parking, the property must enforce parking hours for guests. Signs have been placed on our entrance door and the entrance to our parking lot instructing guests of the parking policy. Residents also sign parking rules stating that it is their responsibility to instruct their guests of policy if they happen to overlook the posted signs. Towing at the property is necessary sometimes and not enjoyable to staff. When residents have been towed it has been due to the use of handicapped spaces without permits; a law that Kentucky enforces. I assure you that, as a manager, I have never laughed at anyone who has been towed. We care very much about our residents which is why we want to ensure they have parking. Once again I apologize and hope that by reading this you gain insight to why we must enforce the parking rules.

"I have lived here for going on 11yrs now and for the most part I love it here and the office staff and maintenance team are awesome however there are issues here that need attention..I know they try there best but more needs to be done the bed bugs here are out of control even though they spray every 3mo it's not enough and most of them come from the laundry room.
