"After my mom had only been there for a week she was taken back to the hospital and they sayed reason for her going back to hospital was that her trech was unkept, not cleaned and that the nursing staff neglected my mom. Her trech was supposed to be cleaned out and instead they are lazy and caused my mom pneumonia by allowing mucus to develop so much that it caused the bact... Read More

"This place is disgusting!!! The halls are dirty the rooms are dirty the beds look like prison cell bunks! It’s absolutely terrible. Please don’t place your loved ones here. It’s honestly sad to see how many elderly people are actually in this facility it needs to be torn down"

"DO not place your loved ones here.The care sucks.The turn over is none stop no one stays longer then 90 days even management there under new management every few months and the crew they have now you have to wonder where are they even finding these people with the lack of people skills they have.The staff that do stay are forced to carry the dead weight of others.No one ev...
