"The place is filthy , has bed bugs, wreaks of urines and feces. They DNR agency yet highly understaffed and there are never any nurses on nightshirt because they clock in and leave before it’s time for the next shift to come in. The place is not secured and locked at night so anyone can just walk in there and there are NO functional cameras let alone a sign in sheet for v... Read More

"My mother was admitted the room was disgusting with feces on the toilet, urine on the wall, poor treatment from aides and nursing staff who were not well educated in how to provide appropriate care for normal rehabiliation.
