"I feel safe at Summit East. I do feel that management should do more about all the illegal parking that goes on at the sight both day and night. I realize that it's also our responsibility to get cars towed, but management needs to be proactive during the day.
The rent is reasonable; most maintenance issues are addressed promptly and on-site management is accessible."

"I love it. Plenty of rooms spacious and quiet it's like living in a house. Neighbors are really friendly. The staff is just awesome. Miss Hayes is so helpful and pleasant."
