"Over $5000 a month for a room!
Promises of linen changes weekly- not done, trash emptied Daily- not done, food service 7am-7pm- highly discouraged by lack of wait staff. False advertising. Very good talking at first, but once your in there, your stuck. Our father suffers from memory issues. If we move him now it will worsen his condition. So to avoid him becoming confused... Read More

"The building is new. Things look nice. We were very happy with our mother's room size. However, they claim they are having staffing problems and this has meant that our mother is not getting services that were promised when we registered her. Things that upset her are: Her garbage isn't being emptied, her bed hasn't been changed, she's not getting taking down to the dini... Read More
