"The building is beautiful and so new and modern. Most of all the staff is amazing and so caring. This facility is the best by far in all of Ohio. Gina (social worker) is the best. She treats every resident like family. She truly is a blessing. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and the Avenue at Brooklyn."

"My aunt was here and just left today they are horrible they didn’t take care of her why she was there… They didn’t help her with care in any kind of way she puked up all over no one ever came in to clean it… It was a very horrible experience for her it was very sad very uncalled for.
