"Not a place to place loved ones… Remember this memory care facility failed to keep one of their residents safe. The resident in the middle of winter found herself outside, and not being able to facilitate entry back into the facility, froze to death. They are still dealing with “ bedbugs” which have been an issue for the last (5) five years."

Our community is both an Assisted Living Community and a Memory Care. Assisted Living allows for our residents to come and go at their own will. Memory Care units are secure and only staff and family can take the out to ensure their safety. Forest Hills Place strives to ensure the health and safety of all of our residents. This was an unfortunate situation. However you should not believe everything you hear in the news without all the facts. Thank you for your comment.

"A semblance of comfort but run by a new company Enlivant.
Too many changes to personnel too often to really give residents a sense of "home."
Services very spotty.
The facility is clean and inviting.
We have endured many changes over the three almost 4 years of residency.
Hoping that the level of service improves. Rates have gone up again with no improvement of care."

"This is a well-kept facility that is very pleasant to visit.My mother is a resident and always tells me how much she likes living there, how much she loves the staff and the other residents, even the food.
