"My brother passed away on June 30, 2024 Myself, my siblings and my parents worked hard cleaning and removing his thing all while try to grieve and plan a furnaral. We were able to get everything out by the 5 of July and turn the keys in. This apartment complex took his deposit and charged him a late fee for not giving a 30 day notice to vacate. "My mother has been a tenant with this building for 15 + years. When Niederst had it, the building was up to par. Since AIY has taken over it’s like living in the projects. They never paint. "It,s not that bad there it the new people that are coming in and some of the people who don't care about themselves. Just found out that they are letting more people in here , that will not follow the rule no matter what. And us older people are in fear , they will take advantage of us and they will rob and they may kill us ."
