"UPDATE: And this is why there shouldn't be random people renting out airbnbs (on the same floor as monthly paying tenants) in a "luxury" apartment building. For hours, this poor, distressed pup and a TWO YEAR OLD toddler were locked outside of their Airbnb unit which led to the police being called in order to get them back in the right place. Amanda, we understand your frustration but want to assure you that the information you were given was not entirely accurate. K&D did partner with a Corporate housing provider for a small number of short-term rentals on the property. Every resident who stays on the property goes through a criminal background check, the same as the regular residents. As for the security of the building, we have 24-hour on-site security, as we always have.
