"This facility needs to be shut down immediately!!! The "staff" neglects ALL of the patients. As soon as you walk in it stinks soo bad and the floors and rooms are dirty. My grandfather had staph pneumonia cliff and cellulitis for so long with no treatment there. "I only gave one star So I can leave a comment I have a 22 year old brother in this facility he is the youngest person there. My brother had fesices and dirt on him and no one cleaned him up or came to check on him. My cousin and mother (who don't work there) cleaned him up and he was screaming and crying and not 1 staff member came to check on why. His room is a mess and s... Read More

"I am coordinator of the Silver Connections Senior Center. We spent the day at the Willows. The center is wide open. They have a good activity program. The tour was awesome. I was recommend the facility for a temporary staff. The location is nice: it's in the heart of the city."
