"Do not send your loved ones here. They have had a terrible bed bug infestation for at least a year. They do not care to get it dealt with, they have a sign on there front door admitting they know they have bed bugs but there is still nothing done about it. This place is absolutely disgusting."

"I was a resident there for exactly two months in 2022 and this facility is a nightmare. The nursing staff are completely disinterested in the residents; they allowed my medications to run out and I actually had to go for 4 full days without any meds until they were delivered FROM TOLEDO.
