"This place is totally horrible. My mom was here for 3 years. They do not do what you pay them for. You pay extra for certain things to be done and they do not do them. Special instructions are not relayed shift to shift. There is no communication. They don't seem to care what the families have to say. "My mother stayed at Brookdale Pinnacle from 4/5/23 to 4/28/23, a total of 25 days at a agreed rate of $304.75 per day. In fact, the original rate was $251 however it was increased to include a community fee (a fee charged to permanent residents). Therefore total invoice should have been $7,618.75. So why did I receive a invoice for $26,143.49 that included month of May? T... Read More

"I have great respect for the staff at Brookdale. They care for my mother in a very friendly, professional, and caring way. They keep me informed of her condition and treatment plans. The facility is clean, and well kept. Brookdale has many activities for the residents many of which involve the community. I do highly recommend Brookdale."
