"Please don't take your loved ones here. My father was here for 1 week of respite care in late June. Many failures to keep my dad safe and healthy. My dad was not kept clean and the staff was very unprofessional. We were even sent home with the wrong person's discharge papers and medical documents. Too many violations to mention."

"ZERO STARS…This place is horrible. I had to report many employees including the directors. I had to call a hotline for help with my grandmother receiving proper care. No one is being taken care of. "Some of the staff is nice from what I’ve experienced. But, don’t put your family members or loved ones here. If you have someone here, you won’t be able to talk to them. The phones have been out for weeks in the rooms. They keep saying the maintenance man is off this week but he’ll be back next to work on them. Okay….
