"Feel safe during the day. It's actually fun and supportive. But anything happens at night. Rumors of people coming in with weapons, not being checked in, threatening veterans for various reasons. I just close my eyes and ears. We don't feel safe late evening, and at night."

"Went to drop a doordash order off to a resident & the front receptionist (African American woman with short hair) gave the most poor customer service. I advised I needed to drop an order off as the directions were to hand the order directly to the customer & she spoke disrespectfully and told me to just leave the order at the front without asking the name of the resident....
