"0 if I could my mother is trapped on the 2nd floor in a wheelchair and the elevator has been broken for 11 days. No one from corporate or the office won't contact us to update us with repairs. Who is to blame if something happened to the anyone who is elevator dependent? They don't care. Pray for those ppl"

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns, Lynette. We understand how incredibly frustrating and challenging this situation has been for your family, and we truly empathize.
To clarify, the elevator has been down since March 10, 2025. We sent an update to all residents on March 11 with the most current information regarding the repair timeline. We understand how critical this issue is, and we have been actively working with the appropriate vendors and our corporate team to resolve it as quickly and safely as possible.
Since then, our on-site staff has been doing everything we can to support residents, including assisting with groceries and helping individuals who need support navigating the stairs. We’ve also made multiple attempts to reach out directly—personally knocking on your mother’s door to offer assistance—but unfortunately have not received a response.
We truly care about all of our residents and want to assure you that their safety and well-being are our top priorities. If there is anything specific we can do to assist your mother during this time, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

"This apartment complex abuses elderly individuals, denying them access to elevators, keeping their apartments full of roaches, and lacking communication. How is this a senior building with several disabled individuals on high floors, with no access to an elevator. What is the plan if there is a fire or another emergency? This is a SLUM. While we are unable to locate a resident record under your name, we want to clarify that pest control service is scheduled weekly, and our team works diligently to respond to any maintenance concerns as quickly as possible. In fact, our elevator was recently down for a short period and was promptly repaired within a few hours.
