"This place is disgusting my mom was here for 2 weeks and she had a horrible experience. The place smells like urine as soon as you walk through the doors the place needs to be shut down. "I'm sitting here in the ER at Doctors West with my mom. She is resting comfortably at the moment. She is being transferred to Grant for a fractured sternum.

"My father was here for skilled nursing and rehab. We were not communicated with, they continually got his meal orders wrong, it took upwards of 45min to an hour to get a call light answered. This did not work so well when he had to use the restroom and he needed assistance. He fell and we were not notified. There was blood all over the bathroom and it was not cleaned up.... Read More
