"My father was a resident in the recently closed-for-a-time care center wing until his death from COVID in 2020. I remember visiting him in March immediately prior to the pandemic. During this pre-pandemic period, I found him unattended in a filthy, stain-ridden, foul-smelling room, sitting in his own waste, with food strewn across the faded, moldy, wet, sticky, and splinte... While 2020 was a difficult time for all of us in the senior living world as the impact of COVID-19 was felt across the country, our team was dedicated to both the health and happiness of our residents. In addition to our staff, we appreciated the care partnership with family members who were clinicians and supported our care strategies for your father. Throughout the pandemic our community received a five star rating from the Ohio Department of Health along with perfect infection control surveys for our testing and mitigation strategies. Your father was a wonderful member of our community, actively participating in activities and often leading a prayer before meals. Our team was touched that he dedicated a book to our activities staff and honored to have been invited to his funeral. Please let us know if I can be of any assistance to you, and my thoughts are with you and your family as this holiday season comes to a close.

"My father, John relocated to The Forum of Knightsbridge last fall. He loved his 1 bedroom independent living apartment and patio overlooking the landscaped green space.
