"Former Employee - I have been getting phone calls from both residents and contractors looking to get in building. I have not been an employee for over a year now, and I am still getting these phone calls. I called the office staff today to inquire (again) about why am I getting these calls. "I still do love it. Been here about 14 years. A new property management team has recently replaced existing staff. The transition has thus far been riddled with disappointment.
As of 06-16-23: Confidence in property management has not been restored.
As of 06-29-23: Evergreen replaced by new ownership. We shall hopefully see a change in course for the better."
