"My brother-in-law contracted COVID at this facility while there for rehab. He died on Friday. Don’t put your loved one there unless you want to be planning a funeral."

Although it can’t ease your pain, please know that we're following all health and safety guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and the Ohio Department of Health. These include bi-weekly testing, a 14-day quarantine on new admissions, employee healthcare screenings and strict infection control procedures. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. We pray for strength and comfort for you in this difficult time.

"Had a meeting scheduled with the Activities Director to possibly be a volunteer; I do a lot of volunteering. I showed up but she was a "no show"!"
