"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Bedbugs and people here are so so noisy I mean they nose hurts.they be listening at peoples doors to see what your talking about. DO NOT MOVE HERE… too many noisy people.."

"I lived at Mad River Manor for almost two years. I made the difficult decision to relocate to be closer to family. In my time at the Manor I found
Kristi Elmore to be an excellent manager; professional and caring. What I love the most about Kristi was how fun she is to be around.

"BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUG!!!!!This complex has had a bedbug infestation for years! They put a bandaid on it with new flooring, occasional spraying of units, and down right ignoring the problem. The building management is actively removing long term elderly residents because they can charge more rent for units with subtle upgrades.
They discriminate and need investigated.... Read More
