"It was wonderful when it was privately owned. They were fully staffed, let residents choose from several meal options, had a salad bar, kept 3 full time employees doing activities, crafts, and outings, and management seemed to genuinely care.

"My mother, who suffers from Alzheimer’s and dementia, broke her femur in a fall two weeks ago. She was taken to Integris Southwest for surgery and recovery, but was released to Meadowlake Estates for in patient physical therapy. When we arrived, Meadowlake Estates had no accommodations for a patient with dementia, no bed rails, bed alarms and no one was allowed to stay ov... Read More

"The place is pretty well clean weekends tends to get pretty filthy and smells. If you ask questions about your loved one that's in there to a nurse they don't like you asking them questions or asking if they can do something for your loved one there. They ignore the Bell that goes off at least in the skilled nursing hallway. They have one nurse named Felicia very rude star... Read More
