"Went to view for my parents and was told an exception would be made to allow my father to be the primary resident with my mother as the second occupant. This would allow my father to spend down and access Medicaid. When I was told that my mother would have to be primary and pay full price for two years. This is a clear Bait & Switch and unacceptable. To clarify, Arcadia is a private pay community, and unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid. We strive to be transparent with all potential residents and families about our payment structure and policies.
