"This place was formerly Park Forest post acute and the reviews were terrible.

"The staff comradery really helps the facility feel amazing. I loved my time here at evergreen post acute. I git great rehab here. The therapist all care a lot and take the time to help me improve. "When I tell you this nursing is my favorite, I don’t say it lightly. I have been around the Portland area looking for everything that this facility has to offer. The variety of services, the patient-centered approach, and the amenities. Everything is so mindful in its design and keeps the patients comfort and needs first.
