"My grandmother was a patient at their short-term rehab and then went on hospice in their skilled nursing facility. She was on the 'Allen St.' floor. Short-term rehab was wonderful. "Worst experience ever (through the eyes of an RN); 5 days to get TV connected even after multiple requests. Wife fell backwards in tub while being supervised by Aide, and fracture spine requiring back brace. When wife transferred to rehab initially, they required 2 weeks upfront cash; after staying only 3 days, took months and months for Allentown office to refund the $. F... Read More
