"In January 2018, my 90-year-old father went into the Reading Hospital and we anticipated that he would go directly to Phoebe to live out his days there, so we reserved a room. He died I the hospital and the caring folks there said it would be unlikely that we would be charged for reserving the room. "My mother in law has been in the Miller building now for 2 years and there is never enough staff, she has fallen multiple times where she had to yell for help. They took away tissues now shampoo and soap. For what she is paying they should have those supplies. I heard an employee “yell” at one of the residents during lunch and she was only trying to get her attention so sh... Read More
