"I called the facility to know if they were currently hiring and the receptionist was soo unprofessional! I asked her a simple question and she could barely answer it and started being rude for no reason. She needs to be re-trained so she would understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE means."

"I had the pleasure of being invited to conduct a presentation for the staff over at Edenbrook. The facility is neat and clean with a ton of compassion filling the halls for the residents. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. I look forward to returning and having another 5 start experience with the staff and residents."
