"With great reluctance, and only out of medical necessity, my mother recently moved from Capitol Ridge. She loved being a resident, and I loved having her there. Every day she had activities to go to, from crafts to music programs, social gatherings with new friends, and her favorite, a daily exercise program. "My Dad lived at Capital Ridge for about 8 years before passing away recently at 93. When he moved in he was driving, walking unassisted and it pretty good health. In the past couple of years his health gradually declined.
