"The Scandinavian Nursing Home's recent downsizing is a clear indicator of the facility's inability to fulfill its duties. "When my home started to become unsafe for my mother we made the decision to move her into assisted living. We wanted a place where she wouldn't feel overwhelmed by the size of the facility.
