"My parents have both lived at Harmony. Unfortunately, both have passed away in the past couple of years.
As I have tried to square away the final payment I have been disappointed in their lack of response to my repeated request to review the final bill ( they have overcharged me )
VM have not been answered, promises to call back have not happened.

"Four stars are good. Keep it up. I wish communication with CNA’s could be more available on a day to day basis as necessary for the little things. Little things are still important. I have no doubt if there were an emergency the staff would respond."
