"My in-laws are here and we take care of them. It is handy for we are right down the street. It has gone down hill in the last year or two. It needs a total make over from paint, laundry rooms, light fixtures, cafe, and a lot of staff. It is in a great location and could be really wonderful with some simple updating. Renee, I am the Executive Director and am pleased to let you know we are in the planning stages for a major renovation project of many of our common spaces to begin in the next few months. This is slated to include renovations to the dining room, fitness rooms, pool, all activity rooms, lobby, as well as the addition of a new bistro. In addition our laundry rooms are currently being renovated, with one already complete and the remainder to be finished soon. As the weather turns our annual spring cleaning this year will include window washing and carpet cleaning throughout the building. More information about the renovation project will be available in the coming weeks -- and I invite you to reach out to me directly if you have any questions in the meantime.

"My sister is a resident at Savannah Grace and our family often joins her for Sunday brunch at the Palms. Our last several meals there have been lackluster to say the least. We arrive by noon and the buffet runs until 1:30. By noon, the food is picked through, stale and not being replenished.
