"I moved into regent park apartment in December of 2018. In July 2019 I noticed a mold like substance on two bar stools in the dining room area of my home. I took pictures and contacted management. The manager at the time came in to inspect the unit and gave me a dehumidifier but the unit was not actually treated for the mold until about a month later. By that time the mold... Read More

"I had a great experience. Management was very helpful and friendly. Very professional. I've looked at a few places in SC I was moving from out of state and these apartments were nice and good prices. I didn't move but if I ever make that transition I would look them up again."
